The Pet Services Manager will lead the daycare, boarding, grooming, and training teams in providing excellent service and care for our pup and people customers while maintaining quality and safety standards.

  • Oversee the daily operations of daycare, boarding, grooming, and training services
  • Manage staffing resources effectively to meet operational needs and maintain smooth workflows

What we’re looking for:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a daycare, boarding, grooming, or training facility with at least 1 year in a leadership role
  • Proven experience in overseeing daycare, boarding, grooming, or training services
  • Strong people leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, coach, and get results through others
  • Reliability and punctuality—you understand the pups can’t wait!
  • Excellent organization skills (you don't have a 'laundry chair'!)
  • Attention to detail and the ability to follow established processes and policies
  • Availability to work some major holidays

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to perform physical movements such as kneeling, bending, and repetitive wrist/arm use
  • Comfortable working outdoors, even in adverse weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, snow)
  • Ability to pull up to 140 lbs and lift up to 40 lbs
  • Capable of being on your feet for up to 8 hours a day, often on uneven or hilly surfaces
