We are looking for a Grooming Lobby, Front Desk Receptionist to greet and help check in Skiptown's furry clients in need of a groom!
*WE ARE LOOKING FOR CANDIDATES WITH WIDELY OPEN AVAILABILITY, mainly for daytime shifts!*
This position will be started with main focus and priority in our grooming lobby, with a pathway of cross-training to our Pet Care lobby! The great part is, we never close late! Sun-Thursday you will be done by 9:30pm, Fri-Sat. by 10:30pm!
Who You Are:
You are energized by interacting with others and if you don’t have the answer, you’ll get it ASAP! You have a knack for engaging with people and making them feel welcome and you love dogs (obviously).
What You’ll Do:
- Greet new pups and pup parents!
- Resolve client and team issues via phone, email and in person
- Facilitate pet care check-in/check-out and Grooming check-in/check-out
- Support our Home Services team with client outreach
- Answer client inquiries
- Personalize each pups appointment with a variety of add-ons
What You’ll Bring:

- High school diploma or equivalent
