💼 Roles We Hire For
🐾 Pet Care Skipper
You’ll lead playgroups, monitor dog behavior, deliver meals and enrichment, and help pups have a safe, structured, and enriching day. Great for dog lovers with strong instincts and attention to detail.
🎉 Social Skipper
You’ll make our off-leash dog park the most fun place in town, checking in guests, supporting events, and keeping the vibes just right for pups and people. Ideal for outgoing, energetic people who love an ever-changing environment.
👋 Support Skipper
As a front-of-house concierge, you’ll help clients check in, book services, answer questions, and make every interaction feel seamless. Best for detail-oriented communicators who love problem-solving and multitasking.
🏡 Home Services Skipper (Charlotte Only)
You’ll provide dog walking and in-home care (for cats too) for our pet parents across Charlotte. Perfect for independent, responsible animal lovers who want flexible work and meaningful relationships with pets.
🍸 Bartender
You’ll keep drinks flowing at our off-leash dog bar—serving up beer, wine, cocktails, and great conversation. Best for team players who love working behind the bar and know how to deliver great experiences.
🐩Groomer
You’ll be a client-facing artist and technician, delivering high-quality grooms, guiding pup parents through style and care decisions, and mentoring teammates to help the whole team thrive.
