Skipper is looking for a talented marketing coordinator to assist in managing and executing our B2B and B2C marketing strategies. You will work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager and focus on digital marketing and public relations initiatives. The ideal candidate is an expert in all things content and has a working knowledge of the digital marketing landscape. You’re highly creative and an excellent writer but can also be process-driven, think at scale, and rely on data to make decisions.

You will create content to support marketing and public relations initiatives. You have a passion for digital marketing and a growth mindset. Being able to provide feedback and understand successes and opportunities in order to iterate and improve on our marketing and communication execution is crucial for this role. You have a self-starter mentality and you are ready to be an integral part of a fast-paced, growing, start-up in Charlotte.

  • Organic social media management
  • Public relations management
  • Google ad management and monitoring
  • Paid social management and monitoring
  • Execute online and offline marketing initiatives
  • Conducting performance analysis
  • Collaborate to create, launch and track performance of marketing campaigns across all our markets

  • 1-3 years of marketing experience
