The Opportunity:
We’re hiring a Dog Park Supervisor to help lead our Park operations. This role is responsible for managing the guest experience, supporting a high-performing team, and maintaining a safe, efficient environment during all shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the Manager on Duty (MOD) during assigned shifts
- Support Social team members with real-time coaching, problem-solving, and feedback
- Ensure a safe and welcoming experience for all guests—both human and canine
- Address and escalate guest concerns, safety incidents, or team issues appropriately
- Assist in executing events
- Drive revenue by identifying opportunities to upsell services, merchandise, and memberships
- Contribute to building a strong team culture and positive workplace
- Document and escalate employee performance concerns as needed
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in hospitality, service, or pet environments
- 1+ year in a supervisory, lead, or shift management role
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Organized, reliable, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced setting
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Comfortable working in an environment with dogs and their owners

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, including outdoors in all weather
- Must be 21 years or older
